When I got up today my Lucky seemed better, but then in the afternoon she started yelling and crying so about 3:30pm I called the vet and we brought her there as an emergency. I knew I was going to have to put her down. The vet wanted to give her more fluids, but to us she seemed to be miserable walking around crying not wanting the eat or drink and she seemed to be confused. We decided to let her go and put her down so she wouldn’t have to be miserable anymore. My heart broke watching her pass away. I wasn’t going to watch, but I didn’t want her to die without knowing I was there so I stayed. I loved her so much and no other cat will ever be as beautiful as she was.
